By purchasing, accessing, or using Mercatus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the service.
Mercatus provides an AI-powered product photography service, including image generation, studio templates, background removal, and related digital tools for ecommerce brands ("Service").
The Service is delivered digitally on a pay-as-you-go credit basis and does not require a subscription or ongoing commitment.
Upon purchasing credits and generating images, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the output images for your own internal business and commercial purposes.

Note: Generated images are yours to use commercially. The underlying templates, workflows, and platform remain the intellectual property of Mercatus.
Credits are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Generated images are available for download directly within the platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your devices and software before purchase. Mercatus does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party platforms or tools.
All prices are displayed at checkout and charged as a one-time credit purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

Mercatus does not guarantee any specific outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, or ad results. Any examples, metrics, or case studies referenced on our website are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
You acknowledge that results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including your product, market, and how you use the generated images.
All platform materials — including templates, workflows, interface design, original content, and underlying systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of Mercatus. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Images generated using your own product photos remain your property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if these Terms are violated, without refund. This includes but is not limited to misuse of the platform, sharing access, or attempting to extract or redistribute templates.
We collect only the information necessary to process purchases, deliver the Service, and provide support — in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
